Do I Need To Attend An Intro Class If I Want To Do Classes?keyboard_arrow_up
Yes - most people have never experienced pilates on a Reformer and your safety is our priority.
But I’ve Attended Lots Of Pilates Mat Classeskeyboard_arrow_up
The fundamental pilates principles are the same but using a Reformer feels very different from working on a mat. Many people are surprised by how much harder it is. It also allows you to seamlessly transition into a regular class without disrupting the other participants.
What If I Have Some Health Issues?keyboard_arrow_up
You’ll need to contact the studio in advance to check whether it’s suitable for you to be in a Reformer class
What Do I Wear?keyboard_arrow_up
Anything comfortable is fine but clothing that’s not too loose allows the teacher to see the body clearly and make corrections when necessary. Shoes are not required, socks are optional, and if you have long hair you’ll need to tie it back.
Do I Need To Sign A Contract?keyboard_arrow_up
No, classes can be purchased individually or as a package of 5 - it’s entirely up to you.
If I Buy A Package Do I Need To Commit To 5 Consecutive Weeks?keyboard_arrow_up
No, you can choose to attend when it’s convenient for you.
How Do I Book Each Class?keyboard_arrow_up
At the end of each class you’ll be asked if you’d like to re-book and, if so, which class. Alternatively you can contact the studio via the website, the WhatsApp group or you can contact Louise, the owner, directly via phone/text.
Can’t I Just Drop Into Classes?keyboard_arrow_up
We have a limited number of Reformer beds which are often filled with regular participants so to avoid disappointment each class must be booked. However, you can always enquire nearer class time via text/phone whether a space is available.
What If I Need To Cancel?keyboard_arrow_up
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy and a late cancellation incurs either the deduction of a class from a package or must be paid for in full.
